✍️ Register or edit a cost

Clicking the "New" button or the edit icon on an existing record opens the form:

1. Date
   • 📅 Select the date from which the cost will be valid.
   • 🕰️ Used to manage historical cost changes.
2. Cost per hour
   • 💵 Enter the monetary value corresponding to the cost of one hour of tractor work.
   • 🔢 Value may include decimals if necessary.
