User Guide – Miscellaneous Costs Registration

The Miscellaneous Costs module allows you to record and track all farm expenses that are not directly linked to the pastures, supplies, or salaries modules, but still affect overall profitability. These costs are automatically loaded into the Income Statement, organized under their corresponding cost center.


Accessing the Module


Recording Costs

Clicking the + New button opens the Register Costs window, where values are assigned to each category:

Field Description
Month and Year Defines the period to which the cost belongs.
Available Categories
  • Milking equipment maintenance
  • Electricity for equipment and milking tank
  • Tractor maintenance
  • Tool maintenance
  • Taxes
  • Insurance
  • Office supplies
  • Nitrogen
  • Fuel
  • Miscellaneous
  • Infrastructure

Each field corresponds to a monetary amount ($), which is automatically saved in the system and linked to its cost center in the Income Statement.

The main view displays records organized by period, with amounts loaded in each category. Example of columns:
