User Guide – Certificates and Documents
The Certificates and Documents section in IdeasFarm allows you to register, organize, and consult important documents related to the farm, animals, or pastures. This centralizes all documentary information to maintain traceability, digital backup, and administrative control.
Purpose of the Module
- Digitize key documents (health certificates, licenses, official records, etc.).
- Associate documents at different levels:
- Farm → permits, operating licenses, quality certifications.
- Animals → health certificates, lab test results, genealogy, etc.
- Pastures → property titles, land use certifications, lease contracts.
- Ensure document traceability and easy access to information at any time.
📝 How to Register a New Document
- Go to Management & Protocols > Certificates and Documents.
- Select the type of document as appropriate:
- General → general farm documents.
- Animal → documents associated with a specific animal.
- Pasture → documents related to a pasture.
- Complete the following fields:
- Date → day the document is issued or uploaded.
- Type → Document, Certificate, or License.
- Name → brief title to identify the file.
- Description → details or notes about the content.
- Digital File → upload the scanned or digital document.
- Save the record.
📑 Document Consultation
- Records are listed with filters by date, type, name, and description.
- They are visually identified with color tags to distinguish whether they belong to:
- From the table you can:
- Open the document to review it.
- Edit information in case of errors.
- Delete unnecessary records.
