Mass Entry of Products (Supplies)

This tool allows you to register product entries into inventory, either because you're loading new stock of an existing product or adding a new product for the first time, all from the same screen.

🟢 How does it work?

Select or create the product
- Select an existing product from the dropdown list.
- Or enter the name of a new product if it doesn't exist in your inventory.
You don’t need to go to another module to create products. You can do it right here by entering its name for the first time.
Category and Container Unit of Measure
- If the product already exists: these fields are filled automatically and cannot be changed.
- If you're creating a new product: you’ll need to manually assign a category and a container unit of measure.

🗓️ Additional fields to complete

Field	What does it mean?
Entry (purchase) date	Date the product was received or purchased.
Quantity / Volume / Unit Weight	Capacity of the individual container (e.g. 5 liters, 10 kg, 1 jar).
Quantity	Number of containers you are entering.
Container unit price	Cost per unit of the entered container.
Minimum stock	Minimum amount you want to keep in stock as a restocking alert.
Expiration date	Product expiration date (if applicable).
