Integration with Supplies Inventory
β οΈ Very important:
To register a vaccination, there must be available stock in the supplies inventory.
-
If the product is not in inventory or stock is insufficient at the time of registration, the system will show the options:
- New Product β to create a new vaccine in the inventory.
- Add Stock β to increase stock for an already registered vaccine.
π This ensures that each dose applied is automatically deducted from inventory and reflected in the costs for both the animal and the farm.
Practical Tips
π‘ For proper use of this interface:
- Before each vaccination session, verify that all supplies are loaded in the inventory.
- Use predefined protocols to save time and maintain uniformity in doses and costs.
- Keep the herdβs vaccination calendar up to date to avoid delays in applications.
- Always record milk/meat withdrawal days to ensure production safety.
